Yes. The only sweetener you can use is stevia and no creamer.
The only required supplement is an electrolyte drink. You can choose from Shift, LMNT or snake juice or use our snake juice recipe.
We've tested many, but only recommend two: Fizzy Tablets from Vitalife to aid in weight loss, and Nirtic Oxide from Cardio Miracle to allow you to work out more and get rid of inflammation.

You should be doing only low intensity movements like walking, yoga and swimming, so you don't create inflammation or soreness in your body.

Too much fruit will, but one serving per meal is just fine if it's a high fiber fruit.
